Here at Bren-Mar we love seeing all our hard work come together as a project reaches completion. But what we are most passionate about is our clients and the relationships we built along the way.
The completion of the Sales Building renovations at Lasco Ford in Fenton marks the end of a multi-phase, multi-year redevelopment master plan. Bren-Mar Construction has enjoyed working with the Lasco family throughout the years to reach this point. And as the saying goes, the best truly was saved for last.
During construction, Bren-Mar and Lasco worked closely to ensure both operations – renovations and vehicle sales – continued to operate seamlessly. While there were certainly challenges throughout the process, both parties were successful in their respective tasks. The Lasco Ford sales team was able to continue serving their valued customers and the Bren-Mar team of skilled craftsmen revamped the dated space into a spectacular showroom.
The Sales Building now boasts more than double the space it previously occupied. This allows Lasco Ford to have vehicles featured throughout the showroom for the first time in years.
