Complete renovation of the Lasco Ford Sales Building in Fenton marked the end of a multi-phase, multi-year redevelopment master plan. The 19,500 square foot Sales Building now boasts more than double the space it previously occupied allowing vehicles featured throughout the showroom for the first time in years. The ‘bones’ of the structure, originally built in the 1960’s, were strengthened and reinforced with additional structural steel, all new mechanical and electrical equipment, and new gas and water lines. The Sales Building now provides ample space to meet the needs of many Lasco customers simultaneously in comfort and style.
